Did Not Attend Policy

The Practice has a "Did Not Attend" policy for patients who fail to keep their GP/Nurse appointments.

Patients who fail to attend three appointments within a six month period will be contacted by letter indicating that they have been given a warning about their attendance. Fail to attend a further appointment will result in a formal warning letter stating, failure to attend another appointment the practice will contact the Health Authority and request that they to be removed from the practice list.

Did Not Attend - Practice Statistics:

October 2017: 208 GP and Nursing appointments were wasted due to patients failing to attend.
